What is your return policy for apparel and footwear?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, certain climbing and technical gear may be final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Hilton's Tent City ships only to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
